Linters are the raw materials of special paper. It is obtained from the cotton seed. The linters are the cotton short fiber selected with higher maturity and moderate length. The cotton pulp are produced through alkali cooking., washing, beating and deslagging with high cellulose content, then bleached to get higher whiteness, less purity cellulose refined cotton pulp. The quality of cotton pulp is critical in determining the quality of special fiber, therefore high-quality cotton pulp is the fundamental garantee of the quality of our special fiber.
The vulcanized base fiber is obtained from cotton pulp through beating, papermaking, dring and coiling. The vulcanized base fiber require a good evenness, low impurities content and high absorbency. Then it's impregnated with a certain concentration of zinc chloride, bonded in multiple layers and processed through aging, desalination, drying, shaping process to get the final product - vulcanized fiber.
